Children’s Ministry

At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. -Matthew 18:1-4

It does not matter how young you are, you can still serve and worship God whole heartedly. Jesus loves children and we want the kids to see no matter the circumstances Jesus is there to love them and fill the holes in their hearts. We teach the Bible for all the ages and we do not water down the word of God. The infants through kindergarten are taught about God through Bible Stories, games and crafts. The teachers are encouraging to kids and show them love and give them attention. Our 1st through 6th graders study God through a program called Elevate. During the Sunday Worship hour they learn about God through skits, games and songs, then during the Life Group hour they build on what they have learned in a smaller setting. Everything we do is to draw people to Christ and we have created a safe nonjudgmental environment for these kids. The world is not a safe place but God is safe and that is the message we are sharing.
